About

Built for the shop that cannot afford to get this wrong.

Pseudo GMC came out of watching small shops pay for clicks that were never going to buy anything.

Search advertising is not hard to start. It is hard to start well. A shop owner opens Google Ads, accepts the suggested settings, and inside a week the budget has gone on searches like "free", "how to fix", "near me" and the name of a competitor's product they do not stock. The account looks busy. Nothing was sold.

Everything needed to avoid that is already in the shop: what each product costs, what it sells for, what margin is left, what it is actually called, whether it is in stock. Pseudo GMC reads those things and does the arithmetic that a careful person would do, if a careful person had time to do it for three hundred products, every day.

What it will not do

It will not spend a penny on its own. It will not delete your work. It will not touch campaigns it did not create. It will not bid more for a click than the product can afford to pay. It will not tell you that something worked when it did not, and it will not fill a dashboard with numbers that flatter it.

Where it runs

On your own computer, connected to your own Google Ads account, under your own billing. We hold no copy of your advertising data, which means there is no version of us that can lose it, sell it or be breached for it.

Who we are

Pseudo GMC is built by Wiysanyuy Macdesmond, an independent developer in Yaoundé, Cameroon. Not a company, not a team, not an agency — which is also why the application does the careful thing by default rather than the profitable one. Write to hello@pseudogmc.com; the person who built it reads it.

Not a Google product

Pseudo GMC is an independent tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google LLC. It works with Google Ads through Google's public API, using access you grant and can withdraw at any moment. Google Ads and Google Merchant Center are trademarks of Google LLC.
